
WHO CAN REGISTER
Classes are open to all federal employees. Any spouse or life partner may also attend one of our seminars with the federal employee at a reduced rate.
HOW TO REGISTER
Find a public seminar if you are an individual, or if you represent an organization, schedule a contracted seminar for your group.
You can register in one of four ways:
Register online with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express using our secure payment processor.
Register over the phone by calling (877) 688-5505.

PAYMENT POLICY
You may register for our courses by submitting an approved training nomination form, purchase order or your employer’s training authorization form.

CLASS CONFIRMATION POLICY
Employee Benefit Advisors will confirm your registration in writing within 5 business days of registration. If you do not receive your confirmation notice, please contact us.
COURSE CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally it is necessary to cancel a scheduled course.
If a class is canceled by Employee Benefit Advisors, the prepaid seminar fee or paperwork is retained until the participant or employer informs the school to either:
PARTICIPANT SUBSTITUTIONS, WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund if you cancel more than 14 calendar days before the class begins. After that date, you may send a substitute if you cannot attend, but refunds can not be made.
STANDBY LISTS AND EMAIL ALERTS
1. As a courtesy to our participants, we maintain a standby list once a maximum class size has been met.

We always guarantee the quality of our courses and services and we are proud of our excellent record in training federal employees on their retirement benefits. Our seminars and other services consistently receive high ratings for being well delivered, relevant and timely. If you are not satisfied that we have met the stated objectives of the course or services performed, just contact us to tell us why. We will either give you a refund or apply the amount toward the fee for another seminar.
