Employee Benefit Advisors offers multiple solutions for individuals and federal agencies looking for an authoritative overview of federal retirement benefits and the options of each plan. We focus on providing seminars for the Human Resources department that wants to bring in an outside contractor with the tools and knowledge to give their employees accurate and useful information about their individual situations. Our public seminars are open to all federal employees interested in learning more about the ins-and-outs of their retirement program and how to make their benefits work more efficiently.


We also offer our exclusive Federal Employee Benefit Analysis to all federal employees wanting more information about their specific situation and when they can retire. This tool is an excellent addition to the current program offered by HR offices in each federal agency. The analysis gives a detailed overview of an individual's current financial situation and projects what their retirement will look like in any number of years. It is a useful planning tool to help employees decide if they are on track for retirement.

Classes are open to all federal employees. Any spouse or life partner may also attend one of our seminars with the federal employee at a reduced rate.

If you are personally paying your course tuition, we can provide a receipt for tax purposes. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

*Advance Payment of Training-Related Expenses: Federal departments and agencies have the authority to authorize advance payment of training-related expenses such as tuition, per diem, travel, and other expenses essential to training. Additional information and guidance is found at 31 U.S.C. §3324 (1997), 5 U.S.C. §4109(a)(2) (1997), and 41 Comp. Gen. 626 (1962).





Employee Benefit Advisors will confirm your registration in writing within 5 business days of registration. If you do not receive your confirmation notice, please contact us.





Occasionally it is necessary to cancel a scheduled course.


If a class is canceled by Employee Benefit Advisors, the prepaid seminar fee or paperwork is retained until the participant or employer informs the school to either:

1. Refund the money or return the paperwork

2. Transfer the money or paperwork toward tuition for another scheduled course for the same person

3. Transfer the money or paperwork toward tuition for another scheduled course for another person

Please note: Registrations involving paperwork require amended forms with appropriate date and location changes.





You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund if you cancel more than 14 calendar days before the class begins. After that date, you may send a substitute if you cannot attend, but refunds can not be made.





1. As a courtesy to our participants, we maintain a standby list once a maximum class size has been met.

2. If your course is full, please ask to be placed on the standby list by contacting us. You will be notified if a space opens or if an additional class is scheduled.




We always guarantee the quality of our courses and services and we are proud of our excellent record in training federal employees on their retirement benefits. Our seminars and other services consistently receive high ratings for being well delivered, relevant and timely. If you are not satisfied that we have met the stated objectives of the course or services performed, just contact us to tell us why. We will either give you a refund or apply the amount toward the fee for another seminar.




Public CSRS/FERS Seminars

CSRS/FERS Pre-Retirement Planning Seminars are two day courses that include an individual Federal Employee Benefit Analysis. Course also includes our Federal Benefits Sourcebook.


Contract onsite or offsite Pre-Retirement Seminars

We conduct onsite or offsite, CSRS only, FERS only, or CSRS/FERS combined. We offer Early Career Retirement Planning, Mid-Career Retirement Planning and Pre-Retirement Planning. Our seminars can be further customized to meet the needs of special retirement types such as Law Enforcement, Air Traffic Controllers, and Firefighters. Seminars include our Federal Benefits Sourcebook and an individual consultation and benefit analysis for all attendees*.
